DailyNeeds247 is committed to delivering your handmade crochet orders with proper quality checks and secure packaging within the promised time frame. As our products are handcrafted, extra care is taken during packing and handling to maintain quality.

We deliver throughout the week except on Sundays and public holidays. To ensure safe and timely delivery, we use trusted courier partners and our network of independent artisans and local sellers. If courier service is not available in your area, your order may be delivered using alternative government-approved delivery services.

All product creation, selection, packing, handling, and dispatch are incharged by Daily Needs.

Delivery Timeline

• Within Chennai: Minimum delivery time is Same Day or Next Day (based on product availability), and maximum delivery time is 3 Days.

• Rest of India: Minimum delivery time is 5–7 Days and maximum delivery time is 7–10 Days, depending on location and product availability. Additional delivery charges may apply.

Since all products are handmade crochet items, slight delays may occur for made-to-order or bulk purchases.

Delivery Charges

Shipping charges, if applicable, are shown at checkout. For multiple items, delivery charges may be added product-wise as items could be shipped from different artisans or locations.

Our product prices are generally inclusive, but additional regional charges such as Octroi or local entry taxes may apply in certain states.

How Delivery Charges Are Calculated

For orders containing multiple products, the system calculates delivery charges individually for each item. The total shipping cost is the sum of delivery charges for all selected products.

Order Dispatch

Orders are usually dispatched within 1–3 working days or as per the delivery timeline selected during checkout.

As these are handmade crochet products, certain items may require additional preparation time before dispatch.

All deliveries will be made to the address provided at the time of placing the order.

Damaged or Tampered Products

If the package appears damaged, tampered with, or not in good condition at the time of delivery, please refuse to accept it and return it to the delivery person immediately.

After refusing delivery, please email us at buy@dailyneeds247.com with your Order ID and issue details. We will arrange a replacement at no extra cost.

1. DailyNeeds247.com reserves the right to cancel orders due to product unavailability, artisan constraints, delivery restrictions, transportation issues, regional regulations, natural calamities, or unforeseen circumstances.
2. Cash on Delivery (COD) orders above Rs. 3,000 may be cancelled or restricted based on seller or location policies.
3. We reserve the right to cancel orders if we suspect purchases are being made for resale or bulk commercial use without prior approval.
4. All products are handmade, and slight variations in design, color, or size are natural and not considered defects.
5. All product-related activities including crafting, packing, and dispatch are incharged by us.
