We deliver throughout the week except on Sundays and public holidays. To ensure fast and safe delivery, we use trusted delivery partners and our network of local stores. If no courier service is available in your area, your order may be delivered using government-approved delivery options.

All product selection, packing, handling, and delivery are incharged by respective store owners.

Delivery Timeline

• Within Chennai: Minimum delivery time is Same Day and maximum delivery time is 2 Days, depending on product availability and store location.
• Rest of India: Minimum delivery time is 3 Days and maximum delivery time is 10 Days. Additional delivery charges may apply.

Delivery Charges

Shipping charges, if applicable, are shown at checkout. For multiple items, delivery charges are added product-wise because each item may be shipped from different stores. Our prices are all-inclusive except for regional charges such as Octroi, which may apply in certain locations like Maharashtra.

How Delivery Charges Are Calculated

For multiple products ordered, the system adds the delivery charge for each product. Thus, the total delivery fee is calculated separately based on individual shipping charges for each item.

Order Dispatch

Orders are dispatched within 1–2 working days or as per the delivery date you selected during checkout. Most orders are delivered within the standard delivery timeline. All deliveries are made to the address provided by you.

Damaged or Tampered Products

If the package is damaged, tampered with, or in poor condition at the time of delivery, please refuse to accept it and return it to the delivery person.

After refusing, fill out the support form or email us at buy@darkorange-weasel-522602.hostingersite.com with your Order ID. We will arrange a replacement at no extra cost. Please ensure the product tag and original packaging remain intact when returning.

1.DailyNeeds247 reserves the right to cancel orders due to product unavailability, delivery restrictions, transportation issues, regional regulations, natural calamities, or political disturbances.
2.Cash on Delivery orders above Rs. 3,000 may be refused or cancelled based on store policy.
3.We may stop shipping if we suspect that products are being purchased for resale or commercial use.
