How to cook
Add 1 Measure Mix to 1 Measure Water % 1/2 Measure Sour Curd to form Batter. (Alternatively form batter with 1 1/2 cup water)
Keep aside for 5 minutes.
Steam the Batter in an Idli cooker/ Idli Vessel for 10 minutes on medium to high flame. Serve hot.
