Aachi Rava dosa or Rave Dose also called Ravvattu (is an Indian crepe of South India). It is a derivative of the popular Dosa. Rava dosa is a very tasty and crispy Semolina crepe/ Pancakes and is perfect for a quick breakfast that can be served with any chutney. It’s made with Rava, Rice flour, Maida, Salt, Cumin, Black pepper, Asafoetida, Soda.
Cooking directions
Take Aachi Rava Dosa Mix in a bowl, add chopped Onions, chopped Green chillies and chopped Curry leaves and mix well. Add 500 ml of water and soak it for 5 mins. Place the tava in the flame, grease the tava with oil and pour a ladleful of batter. Pour a teaspoon of oil on the sides and on the dosa. Cook till the dosa is crisp and golden brown.
